Who we are
PKV Labs ("we", "us", "our") operates pkvlabs.com and is building FinFort, an AI-powered market intelligence product for investors. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit pkvlabs.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. FinFort itself will have its own terms and privacy information when it launches.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- FinFort waitlist: your email address.
- Contact form: your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), subject (optional), and message.
Information collected automatically

Google Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to measure how people use the site.
It collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived (for example, from a search
engine or a link), your approximate location (city and country), your device and browser type,
and actions such as submitting the waitlist or contact form. It does not receive what you type
into the forms. Google Analytics uses cookies (named
_gaand_ga_*) to recognize returning browsers. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. - Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical information for each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
- Google Fonts: this site loads fonts from Google's servers, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.
How we use your information
- To add you to the FinFort waitlist and email you about early access and the product launch.
- To reply to your messages and discuss projects you contact us about.
- To send a confirmation email when you join the waitlist or contact us.
- To understand which pages and features are useful, and to improve the website.
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
We don't use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
How your information is stored
When you submit the waitlist or contact form, your details are sent by email to our business mailbox (praveen.velampudi@pkvlabs.com), which is forwarded to an email account hosted by Google. We don't keep a separate database of form submissions. We keep these emails for as long as we need them to respond to you, run the waitlist, or maintain a record of our business communications, and we delete them when you ask us to.
Google Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics data retention settings and is then deleted automatically by Google.
How we share your information
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and our business:
- Our web hosting provider, which hosts the site and delivers form emails.
- Google, which provides Google Analytics, Google Fonts, and our email service.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.
Your choices
- Leave the waitlist or delete your information: email praveen.velampudi@pkvlabs.com and we'll remove you.
- Opt out of Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally without them.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and U.S. states such as California, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it;
- correct information that is wrong;
- have your information deleted;
- object to or restrict how we use it; and
- withdraw consent where we rely on it.
To use any of these rights, email praveen.velampudi@pkvlabs.com. We'll respond within 30 days and won't treat you differently for making a request. If you're in the EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children's privacy
This website isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
PKV Labs is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using this website, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes, we'll make that clear on the website.
